The world was once a very small place. People knew only their nearest neighbors, and it took hours, sometimes days, to get to the nearest town. Today we know all the continents and we know that we live together on the third planet of the solar system. We fly to the stars and we observe distant galaxies, but have we really got to know all the inhabitants of our planet and treat them with respect?
The glow-in-the-dark puppets of marine animals are nocturnal creatures - they are inconspicuous in daylight and only in the dark do they shine in all their glory. They are graceful in movement with their puppeteer and sublime as they wait quietly in their ornate stands.
Pause for a moment and be transported to the depths of the ocean, so deep that the whales sing...
This unique theatre installation connects the world of theatre and visual arts with modern technology. The luminous inhabitants of the underwater world are lit up by 6.5 km of optical fibre and 3,500 addressable LED lights.
The Visitors are a project with large luminous puppets from the V.O.S.A. Theatre, Blackout Pardox and LightLab.The performance is part of the World Festival of Puppets program organized by th 10th Theatre Olimpycs.

A világ egykor nagyon kicsi volt. Az emberek csak a legközelebbi szomszédjaikat ismerték, és órákba, néha napokba telt, amíg eljutottak a legközelebbi városba. Ma már minden kontinenst ismerünk, és tudjuk, hogy a Naprendszer harmadik bolygóján élünk. Repülünk a csillagokhoz, és távoli galaxisokat figyelünk meg, de vajon tényleg megismertük-e bolygónk minden lakóját, és tisztelettel bánunk-e velük?
A tengeri állatok sötétben világító bábjai éjszakai élőlények - nappal nem feltűnőek, és csak sötétben ragyognak teljes pompájukban. Kecsesen mozognak bábjátékosukkal, és magasztosak, ahogy csendben várakoznak díszes állványukon.
Álljunk meg egy pillanatra, és utazzunk el az óceán mélyére, olyan mélyre, ahol a bálnák énekelnek...
Ez az egyedülálló színházi installáció összekapcsolja a színház és a vizuális művészetek világát a modern technológiával. A víz alatti világ világító lakóit 6,5 km optikai szál és 3500 LED-lámpa világítja meg.
A Látogatók a V.O.S.A. Színház, a Blackout Pardox és a LightLab közös projektje.Az előadást a 10. Színházi Olimpia keretén belül megrendezésre kerülő Bábművészeti Világtalálkozó programsorozat részeként játsszák.
